Make folders expanded when RCP Mail starts

The tree containing My Mail Server should be expanded on startup and who the folders.

I have an idea how to hack that with a part opened listener but I hope you have a cleaner idea.

This seems to work ok now that the "inbox" folder is selected when the app starts. The Contacts folder is not expanded (when rcpmail.contacts is present), but I think that's OK.
